Dragons can be “held” for 2 weeks with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Sex of the dragon is NOT guaranteed on dragons under 10″.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy when daytime temperatures are between 40-90 degrees. Someone must be home to accept and sign for the dragon or the guarantee is void. In times of extreme weather (hot or cold), we reserve the right to delay shipping until temperatures are more favorable for the well-being of the dragon. Dragons can be shipped to shipping hubs as “Hold for Pickup” as well. Delays in shipping due to weather or carrier issues are not covered.
Note: Dragons can go through relocation stress which is normal. This could last anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks. Eating is the best sign that your dragon is adjusting well.

Dragons are shipped Next Day Monday through Thursday within the continental U.S. only.
Saturday delivery is available.
All shipments require a signature. If this cannot be done, the Live Arrival Guarantee is void.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Keep original box and packing materials for any returns.
We reserve the right to delay shipping due to weather changes or conditions that we believe could harm the animals.
Refunds/Exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. No returns/refunds will be considered after 5 days. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the animal the same way it was delivered. Refunds are for the price of the dragon only. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Dragons must be returned before any refunds are issued. Understand that housing your new dragon with existing dragons will void any and all returns/refunds/guarantees.
